When are our annual filings due?
Your society's annual financial statements and annual return are generally due within 6 months after your balance date, and must be presented to members at the AGM before filing. If your society is also registered with Charities Services, you will generally file with Charities Services rather than separately with the Incorporated Societies Register. SocietyHub uses your recorded balance date to calculate an indicative deadline and help your committee stay aware of upcoming compliance milestones.
